Dystopic Janitor

A character and environment concept for a dystopian setting. It is a Dystopian New York set in 2062 where due to mass overpopulation and the climate collapsing, citizens are forced by the Government to wear microchips implants which alter their reality and distract them from the poverty-stricken world they are really living in.
